Evaluating your Players

The most important ingredient to having balance teams

Coaching your players each week is an incredible commitment from you and Region 88 thanks you tremendously.

-Sometimes, the team connects quickly and you're having a a blast.
-Sometimes it takes a few weeks but finally the teams is coming together and looking like a real soccer team.
-Other times...well, let's just wait 'til next year.

Speaking of next year, we are now approaching one of the most important parts of the AYSO program - EVALUATING THE PLAYERS FOR NEXT SEASON.

This is the time when we need the full commitment of every coach to help fill out the Player Evaluation forms as responsibly as possible. If just a few coaches don't fill this in, believe it or nor, but this could drastically hurts the integrity of the program and might cause unbalanced teams for the next year.

Just one more time...
Region 88 can not overemphasize the importance of the Player Evaluations
to keep " BALANCED TEAMS" year after year.
