season. Depending on the sponsorship you purchase, the information may be used for the website, local newspaper, yearbook,
a plaque, or for Opening Day . After filling out this form, you will still need to send a check
(made out to AYSO Region 88) to the following address:
As the season approaches and we know the teams and coaches names, we will
contact you to specify which team you would like to sponsor. Once we have
received a check from Gold and Silver sponsors, we will publish your information
on the website's "Main Sponsor Page" right away. The specific team
information will be added closer to the season when the teams are formed.
