 Challenger Camp staff believe the most important thing for a greatcamp experience is having well-trained people who communicate their knowledge in a way that inspires and motivates young players to want to improve. After 15 years of research in over 1,400 communities in the U.S., Challenger has developed an innovative way of doing so.
The staff have developed a unique way of coaching called the "Challenger Way". This addresses the technical, tactical, physical and psychological requirements of the game at each age level. But more importantly, it focuses on the child as an individual and not just as a player on a team."
