Opening Ceremony

Sunday, September 7, 2008

This special event is the beginning of another exciting AYSO season. It is a time to rekindle some old friendships and to make new ones. Each year, our region accepts more and more players into the program and this is an opportunity to celebrate soccer and to show off our numbers to the community.

Make sure to visit this year's "Nutrition Booth" to get your FREE trafle ticket for special giveways. And also look for our special guest.

Parking

Please use only the designated parking areas listed below.

Park is in the new parking garage at the top of Mounatin Avenue (at the top of the hill).

DO NOT walk down Mountain Avenue to get to the stadium. Use the elevator at the college parking structure and walk down through the campus, not along the street.

Parking is also allowed on the small lot across Canada Boulevard that has the pedestrian overpass to the college.

DO NOT PARK in the Auditorium parking structure, the Auditorium outdoor parking lot, or the parking lot south of Mountain next to the gas station. The police do not want pedestrians crossing Glendale Blvd. at Mountain due to traffic congestion.

- Parents can help their child find their team, but then should return to the stands until the entire event is finished.
