2010-2011 FALL SEASON REGISTRATION
Saturday, April 3 and April 17 (9 a.m. - 1 p.m.), Clark Magnet School
Clark Magnet School - 4747 New York Ave., La Crescenta, CA
Early Bird Registration Fee for All Divisions
April 3 thru April 17 $90.
(includes uniform, pictures, trophy, and yearbook)
provided the team supplies a sponsor
After April 17, Registration Fee will be $110 (no exceptions)
ALL PLAYERS MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED AT eAYSO ( see below)
PRIOR TO REGISTRATION
Additional Notes:
· A player’s division is determined by the player’s age on July 31, 2010.
· New players will be required to provide proof of birth date.
· Please bring ONE signed copy of your child’s registration form
· Please bring ONE signed copy of your volunteer form
(forms can be printed at registration for a $5 fee)
· Please bring used uniforms to donate to developing soccer programs.
· Please bring used cleats to exchange for other cleats.
Because of the expected large number of sign-ups and due to the shortage of coaches in some divisions, Region 88 maybe forced to limit the number of registrations for the upcoming season.
Priority would be given to players whose families volunteer their time to our program.
Some requests will be honored in the Under 5 through Under 6 divisions, but no requests will be honored in the Under 8 and older divisions.
Spring season information will be available in April.
AYSO is an all-volunteer organization and our region is always looking for people to step up and help in our effort to improve our program.
We use a fair "first come, first serve" system, so to get on the list to be on a team, you MUST do the following:
If you have not done so already, you must pre-register your child on e-AYSO. This will automatically update our registrar and get you on the list. IF there is a spot open and you are next on the list, you will be emailed from the registrar with the next steps. Please be patient.
IMPORTANT: Please do not give your child's name to a Board Member or Division Coordinator as it will not get you a place on a team. NO exceptions!
Registration Disclaimer: Because of the expected large number of sign-ups and due to the shortage of fields available in the Glendale area, Region 88 may be forced to limit the number of registrations for the upcoming season. Priority would be given to players whose families volunteer their time to our program. There will not be a “first-come first-serve” advantage, so signing up the first registration day will not guarantee a player a spot on a team.
Balancing
Teams Note: To keep teams as balanced as possible,
no requests for teammates or coaches will be honored in the Under
8 and older divisions!
