Team Zone Procedures
(For Division Coordinators Only)

If you are a Division Coordinator and have not received your Username and Password, or have any problems, please email the webmaster. The username will be your dc email (such as bu14@ayso88.org).

You can log-in at: http://schedule.ayso88.org/login.php

Remember: Your User Name and Password is unique for each Division Coordinator, and will only work for the division you are coordinating. It is different than your account as a coach. Why?

AOL USERS are having problems seeing the editing buttons. Please do not use AOL, and use another browser like Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Firefox or Safari while using these admin tools. Or if you have to log-in through AOL, minimize the AOL screen and pull up one of the other browsers.

After loggin in with your Division Coordinator account, please follow the instructions closely.

1) Editing another team's Information

If a coach is not filling in their team info, you can go in any team in your divisons and edit this info. Use the same technique as with a regular team.

2). Posting a News Item on to each team's page in your division

Be very careful with this tool.

  1. Click on and go to any unique team page in your division.
  2. As long as you are logged with Division Coordinator access, you will see a "Add a news" button in the Breaking News title bar.

  3. Click on "Add a news" and you will see the following box:

  4. Make sure you click the 2nd button, (in red above) which will place the news item on all the team pages of your division.

Important Note: If you leave it at the default for the team you are on, it will add the news item ONLY to that teams page.
  5. News Title: Add a clear and simple title (or subject). This is what will be shown (in a blue link) under the Breaking News section. If it is for a specific day, make sure to include the day in this section, such as: "All Practices cancelled Thurs, Sept 15."

News Date: Click on the calendar to choose the date when you created the message. This shows when you posted the news item. If you do not put a date, it will be seen as 00/00/0000.
  6. News Content: Write the details of your message. For the team members who see this, when they click on the title, the details will show up. (as shown)

  7. Click "Publish" and it will post your message to all the team pages in your division, under "Breaking News".
  8. To edit your news item: If you want to change what you have written, click on the edit button ( ) and make your changes.

3) Deleting a News item

For ONE team at a time: Click on the trash can button ( ) to the right of the news item to delete.
For ALL teams in your division: Click on the trash can button ( ) to the right of the news item to delete.

4). Sending an email to all your Division Coaches with one click

  1. Go to your Division web page where it lists all the team names.
  2. As long as you are logged with Division Coordinator access, you will see a link below the list of teams: "Contact all Team Staff Members within the division".
  3. Click on the link and add a subject and type a message. Make sure to include a subject.
  4. Click "Submit" and it will send the email off. It will go to all the coaches in your division and if they reply, it will go to your division email address (such as: g10@ayso88.org).
  5. See #4 below for important distinction between sending email as a coach, and as a Division Coordinator.

5) Publishing the scores

(For u10-u16 only)

  1. When logged in as a Division Coordinator ( at http://schedule.ayso88.org/login.php), go to your division's standings page.
  2. You will see a link "Update Scores".
  3. Just click there and it will show the latest week's games to update if needed. Or click on the calendar to go to a specific date
  4. Just input the scores and click "Update Scores"
  5. You can return at anytime to update scores.

Why do I have to have two different usernames?

Obviously, a Division Coordinator has the access to do the above items, and a coach does not. There is another more subtle difference, which may not seem that important, but it could be to your team members.

If you are logged in as a coach you can send emails to your team members and they will see your coaching email address. Any replies will go directly to your coach's email. A Division Coordinator cannot send messages to all of a specific team's members.

On the other hand, when you are logged in as a Division Coordinator, you can send an email to all your division coaches and they will see it as coming from your Division Coordinator email. Any replies will go directly to your Division Coordinator email (such as b12@ayso88.org). The coaches cannot do this.
