The U-14 Boys Tournament team won the 17th Annual Myles Standish Thanksgiving Tournament at the Rose Bowl over Thanksgiving weekend. In pool play they beat Boyle Heights 3-2 and Pasadena 4-0 in the afternoon. Saturday they beat a physical team from San Bernardino 2-1. They then advanced to the semi-final Saturday afternoon and beat a strong team from North Hills 1-0 in the pouring rain. Sunday was a beautiful day and in the final game. we played another strong and physical team from Burbank beating them 3-1 for the championship.
On the team was Michael B, Narbeh E, Chris F, Michael H, Tony K, Andrew L, Joe L, Jon L, Vatche M, Alex M, Carlo M, James V, Tristian W, Arshak Z, Menooa Z and coached by Richard Lyans.
