Important 2019 Fall Registration Information

Waitlist registration for our 2019 Fall season is open

Fall registration is open from April 1-June 30. Please refer to the Registration Fees listed below.
Registration and payment is done online via credit or debit card. [Online Registration Instructions]. Please email Registrar for instructions to pay by check or money order. No registration events will be scheduled.
New players to AYSO and Region 88 Glendale must upload a copy of an age verification document (birth certificate, passport, insurance card – if birth date is listed.) New and some returning players may need to attend a brief evaluation.
Games to begin on Saturday, 9/7. Practice and game schedules will be made available after all teams are formed in late July.
Payment plans are now available in every division. Please sign up early to take advantage of the 4-payment plan.

*U4 players must be 3 years of age on or before 9/7/2019. **5U players must be 4 years of age on or before 9/7/2019.

The effective date of age determination for registration shall be the player's age as of December 31, 2020.

Registration Instructions

Registration is not completed and placement will not be reserved until registration and payment have been fully processed and approved.

Registration is done by clicking the LOGIN button (current players) or REGISTER NOW (new players) All registrations are done online. Note: eayso.org is no longer available for registration.

Refund Policy

The Annual National AYSO Membership Fee of $20.00 is not refundable and non-transferable.

AYSO Region 88 Glendale allows for refunds submitted before the posted deadline. All requests must be submitted in writing and must include the reasons and/or circumstances involved.

Any player who withdraws prior to June 30, 2019 at 11:59 pm will be refunded their registration fee, minus any non-refundable AYSO Membership Fees.
A $5 administrative fee will be charged for all refunds.
The parent or guardian requesting the refund must complete and submit a Request to Cancel Registration Form.
Written requests must be submitted on or before June 30, 2019 at 11:59 pm.
Refunds and credits will not be carried over from season to season and will not be applied toward the registration fees of a following season.
Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for a refund (if approved) to be processed.

Wait List

In an attempt to create BALANCED TEAMS & schedules, each division has a limited number of roster spots. Player(s) attempting to register in full divisions will be placed on WAIT LIST.

Player(s) on the waiting list are not guaranteed a roster spot and will be notified and placed on a team ONLY as space becomes available (first come, first served).

Coaches are NOT authorized to accept player(s), on-time or late registrations, without the Regional Commissioner or Regional Registrar’s approval.

Cancellations / Refunds

Refund deadline: June 30, 2019 at 11:59 pm

The regional registration fee does not include the $20.00 AYSO National Player Fee which is non-refundable and non-transferable. All refunds will also be subject to a $5 administrative fee.

Volunteer Requirements

The Fall Season will be limited in size by the number of volunteers willing to assist the region. Please consider volunteering as a head coach, assistant coach or team manager. If you’re interested in volunteering, please include a volunteer application you’re interested in during the registration process.

Referee Requirements

Our region strives to provide referees for each game in the 8U-19U divisions. Our goal is to provide three (3) qualified referees every game. To achieve this goal, we need several slots to be filled each week. In order to ensure that we have the referee slots filled, each team needs to provide volunteer referees.
